Lasagna (gluten free and dairy free)

I came up with this simple recipe for Lasagna that my family LOVES and you'll use just 5 ingredients!
Also, I like the Fody brand pasta sauce as it's made without garlic and onion for those who have a sensitivity (or you can just substitute your favorite pasta sauce).

1 box Jovial Organic Brown Rice Gluten Free Lasagna
1 19.4oz jar Fody Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
1 container Tofutti Milk Free Better Than Ricotta Cheese
1lb Italian Sausage
Kalamata Olives

First, fry the Italian Sausage until thoroughly cooked.  To begin your layers, spread a small amount of the pasta sauce on the bottom of a glass baking dish.  Next take one piece of the lasagna and spread a layer of the ricotta covering one side and place in the baking dish.   Make sure the entire noodle is covered so that it softens when it bakes.  Do the same with two more pieces and place in the dish.  Next add 1/2 of the meat on top of the noodles.  Next take the pasta sauce and layer over the meat.  Then repeat the process of spreading the ricotta on the noodles, adding the sausage layer then the sauce layer.  The top layer will be another noodle layer with ricotta and finish with remaining pasta sauce.  I also sprinkle some kalamata olives over the top for added flavor.

Cover the dish with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 50 minutes to be sure the noodles are cooked through.
